It is the smallest and... the fastest!
Think of it as smaller, lightweight version of Phantom Flex 4K GS camera from Vision Research. It combines the functionality of state-of-the-art cameras with the capabilities of specialist cameras. It is a powerful tool for capturing sharp and detailed 4K images with very low noise and high dynamic range.
Thanks to an on camera 10GbE port the Cine raw data transfer takes just around one minute making the camera suitable for both feature film and commercial shots that can not afford much downtime between takes. This is one of many advantages this camera has to offer when compared to Phantom Flex 4K Camera.
It's the most flexible
The Phantom VEO 4K camera enables image acquisition in all resolutions used in the film industry. In its top configuration, it captures colour high-speed images in 12bit Cine raw format at up to 1,000 frames-per-second in 4K and at almost 2,000 frames-per-second in 2K. The 72GB internal memory lets you capture up to 20 seconds in 2K and about 5 seconds of high-speed 1,000 fps in 4K with a running time of 3 minutes when played back.
It gives you cinema picture quality
The 12 bit Cine raw file format available with Phantom VEO 4K Camera Rent ensures the highest quality high-speed capture and provides maximum flexibility in post-production. The Cine raw format is currently supported by many types of editing software, so you do not need to transcode it to other formats.
It's reasonably easy to manage
Conveniently enough you can adjust the camera settings using the Phantom VEO 4K on camera controls.
If your budget is limited, or you’re after higher frame rate options consider Phantom Flex 2K or Phantom Miro camera hire available from High Speed Rental
Loop Mode
Files are first stored in the 72GB internal memory and then copied through the on camera 10GbE port straight to the computer.
