• One shooting day is 10 hours plus one hour lunch brake. In the event of missing the rental deadline by more than 8 hours, an additional fee for every successive day is charged
• The Phantom cameras are being rented out with a qualified technician only. He is responsible for the proper camera operations as well as the data transfer from the camera to a laptop, and then on set data delivery to the client. Because the camera is being operated using a laptop, this is much more a DIT position rather than an AC position. Dealing with the camera parameters as well as the data management can be quite demanding it is recommended to hire or simply assign a second dedicated Phantom camera AC for the soot.

• One crew member shooting day is 320€
• One crew member overtime hour is 45€
  
• One crew member travel day or standby day is 180 €
• Gear insurance (including travel days) costs 20€ a day and will be covered by client
• Additional costs like transportation, parking, all accommodation, food (not only on set) costs are not included in this price and will be covered by client

• Ground transport is served for destinations rechable within a days drive from our office in Kraków, Poland
• Ground transport is calculated for each shooting location individually
• For destinations where airplane travel may be necessary please contact us for travel cost estimation. Usually it costs much less than you think it will. Our preferred departure airport is KRK
  

• We require a 50% advanced payment

The Phantom VEO 4K, Phantom Flex 4K, Phantom Flex 2K and Phantom Miro is a computer operated system. As with ALL computers, a system malfunction can happen at any time resulting in equipment failure or sudden data loss due to computer or hard disk failure. Phantom High Speed Camera Rent technicians will commit to recover lost data. However, we will not be held financially liable to all or part of the general production. Client declares he fully understands and accepts the above.
